RETURNS
Due to the fact that the products we sell are cosmetic and personal, we do not accept the return of products that have been used or opened, we will only accept those that present a manufacturing or production defect. No returns will be accepted later than 15 days after receiving your product.
All our products are for cosmetic and external use, they are composed of 30% essence oil and 70% cotton oil.
If you require a higher concentration of essential oil, please inquire and quote. We are not responsible for purchases made without first reading product specifications and return policies.
To make returns of this nature should contact the email: ventas@jye.mx, in order to generate a return note. JYE.MX is not responsible for the expenses that could be generated by shipping due to returns.
